The Senior Development Officer will serve as a front-line fundraiser, responsible for stewarding individual and foundation donors, deepening partnerships with Jewish Federations, and identifying major gift prospects to secure significant philanthropic investments, emphasizing five-, six-, and seven-figure commitments. Essential functions include proactively identifying, researching, engaging, and cultivating a pipeline of high-potential donors to meet fundraising goals for Company’s priority programs.
