The Senior Associate will manage all daily accounting and bookkeeping functions for assigned clients, acting as a business partner expected to deeply understand each client's financial position using cloud-based systems. Responsibilities include full-cycle bookkeeping tasks such as reconciliations, invoice processing, payroll oversight, adjusting entries, and filing GST/HST, alongside providing support and review for junior team members.

The primary function involves managing the firm’s annual compensation competitive analysis review and overseeing the delivery of firm-wide merit and variable pay planning processes, alongside managing work-life Total Rewards programs. This role includes accountability for approval processes, designing new programs with thought leadership, and leading implementation plans for annual pay planning.
