The Quality Specialist will support and help lead food safety and quality assurance programs, including HACCP and GMP, while investigating customer complaints, managing non-conformances, and conducting internal and external audits. Responsibilities also include maintaining and calibrating analytical instrumentation, assisting with QC testing, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

The specialist will design, set up, and execute lab-scale fermentation experiments, supporting the Technical Manager in the technical transfer of processes and optimizing the plant seed train. Responsibilities also include providing oversight for the inoculation lab and guiding the operations team on media recipes and inoculation procedures.
