The Customer Support Representative ensures an excellent customer experience while supporting operational reporting and auction accuracy. The role involves handling time-sensitive inquiries and reviewing auction data in a fast-paced environment.
The Operational Support Representative supports Account Managers and the Client Operations Support Group by managing project-based initiatives and executing recurring daily and weekly tasks, including quality control and bid deposit activities for GovDeals auctions. This role also serves as a primary point of contact for Full-Service projects, coordinating with internal teams, buyers, and third-party partners to ensure seamless transactions and timely issue resolution.
The Jr. Project Manager ensures consignments are carried out efficiently and successfully within the Operations team, managing some accounts entirely or assisting a Senior Project Manager on others. This role requires following established procedures and service level agreements to maintain project effectiveness from initiation to completion.
This role supports clients by documenting and inventorying surplus asset equipment, loading this data into a proprietary auction system for online sales. The Project Manager is accountable for executing the entire lifecycle of a surplus asset project, from initial identification through final removal.
