The manager will own the end-to-end M&A integration lifecycle, from pre-acquisition planning through Day 1 readiness and full delivery, including defining and managing the Transaction Service Agreement and setting the strategic integration roadmap. The manager will design and lead business transformation programs immediately following deal closure, translating integration strategies into actionable execution roadmaps across operations, technology, and HR workstreams. Key duties include monitoring post-close performance metrics, implementing best practices, driving cultural integration, and providing regular progress updates to senior leadership.
