The primary responsibility is driving sales growth by building and managing a sales representative network to promote product offerings across target geographical territories. This includes managing the network, owning sales growth from representatives, developing capture plans for key accounts, and building deep relationships within the network and customer organizations.
The Regional Sales Representative will lead sales and marketing efforts for a new venture selling factory-assembled cooling towers and servicing all brands to HVAC and industrial mechanical contractors. Responsibilities include promoting the venture, developing opportunities, obtaining RFPs, presenting and closing proposals, and growing sales within the assigned territory.
