Lead and coach a remote team of HCM managed services consultants to achieve revenue, retention, and utilization KPIs; develop consultative and technical skills through training and mentoring; manage a reduced book of business and client relationships; drive strategic improvements, recruit and ramp new hires, and ensure consistent, high-quality client experiences.
