Recruitment Coordinator (Remote)

This role supports People Operations by managing the front end of the hiring process, covering everything from candidate sourcing through Culture Index screening and interview scheduling. The coordinator ensures a consistent and professional experience for all candidates and hiring leaders while helping to strengthen company culture.
