The Senior Estimator is responsible for preparing complete cost estimates and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for electric transmission, substation, and distribution construction projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. Key duties include developing estimating strategies, maintaining the estimating database, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating with Project Management throughout the project lifecycle.
