The Technical Program Manager will own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital customer experience programs, from strategy and roadmap development through execution and optimization. This includes coordinating planning across multiple technology teams, managing user onboarding, monitoring adoption, and partnering with internal teams on customer engagement strategies.
