The External Affairs Lead will define and elevate NEON’s public voice by executing a comprehensive external communications strategy and building scalable systems to ensure the organization's story resonates powerfully nationwide. This role involves cultivating media relationships, driving storytelling across digital channels, and partnering with internal teams to translate impact data into persuasive narratives for various stakeholders, including donors.

This role involves contributing to the National Education Equity Lab's upcoming projects and initiatives based on the individual's expertise. Interested parties are asked to share details about themselves and their motivation for supporting the mission.

The School Success Manager will build and manage relationships with partner high schools to ensure effective implementation of the college-in-high school model, which includes facilitating co-teacher selection, allocating courses, and resolving logistical issues. This role also involves supporting course implementation, monitoring student progress, expanding offerings within existing schools, and collaborating internally to deliver impact reports.

The Director of Business Development will lead the expansion of the organization's fundraising efforts by managing a portfolio of individual donors, focusing on high-capacity gifts, and supporting foundation and corporate partnerships. This role also involves overseeing development operations, managing deadlines, monitoring portfolio health, and collaborating across teams to align fundraising strategy with organizational goals.
