The specialist will fuel the pipeline of search fund deals by reviewing LOIs, advising on deal structuring, shaping datarooms, and guiding entrepreneurs through acquisition readiness. A key focus is owning and deepening relationships with lending institutions and capital partners to ensure financing readiness.

The manager will lead internal Quality of Earnings (QofE Lite) engagements for self-funded searchers, designing scalable workflows and delivering reports assessing financial integrity and key metrics. This role also involves owning the P&L for the financial diligence vertical and potentially building outsourced delivery partners for back-office services.
