Call Center Representative

The representative will manage all inbound calls professionally, ensuring resolutions through follow-up, message relay, or soft transfers, while also assisting with appointment scheduling and outbound confirmation calls. Key duties include triaging calls, escalating safety concerns, documenting data logs, and maintaining performance metrics while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
