This role supports the Technology and Product departments by owning the full-cycle technical recruiting and onboarding process, while also assisting with performance management, professional development, and employee engagement initiatives. Key duties include drafting job descriptions, sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing job postings, advising on compensation, and ensuring efficient onboarding experiences.

The analyst will maintain the accuracy of the proprietary payor criteria rule system by creating and updating payor rules for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME) products based on policy analysis. This involves breaking down complex payor guidelines into rule sets, collaborating with customers and coders, and performing extensive testing of implemented rules.

This role serves as the marketing expert on the DME/HME ecosystem, translating industry knowledge into product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement materials that resonate with healthcare buyers. Key duties involve developing sales enablement resources, crafting strategic narratives, executing content strategy, and maintaining competitive intelligence across various marketing channels.
