The engineer will play a key role in delivering modern, AI-powered product functionality by building product capabilities driven by LLM workflows to enhance client safety and risk management. Success involves delivering high-quality, production-ready AI features, designing reliable LLM-driven workflows, and implementing appropriate guardrails and evaluation strategies for production models.

The primary mandate is to lead the engineering team toward AI-enabled software development, embedding AI tools across the entire SDLC to enhance speed, quality, and leverage. This leader must also be technically credible, capable of performing development work, and reviewing architecture and code authoritatively.
