The representative will serve as the primary customer contact, delivering excellent service while actively identifying opportunities to recommend appropriate products and solutions. Key duties involve handling inbound/outbound calls, engaging customers consultatively to book appointments, and proactively identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
