This role involves owning full-cycle global recruitment across Sales, R&D, and G&A functions, developing sourcing strategies, and partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and interview plans. Responsibilities also include leveraging and optimizing the Greenhouse ATS, building dashboards to track KPIs, and advising functional leaders on hiring prioritization and market insights.
