The Loss Prevention Lead monitors, investigates, and audits across multiple states and stores, while being accountable for developing and implementing a loss prevention plan covering asset protection and safety. This role focuses on decreasing losses by examining and adjusting operational practices like customer transactions, scheduling, merchandising, and cash management.

The District Manager will be responsible for managing, developing, and energizing a dedicated district of prime retail locations, while supercharging sales through recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring the sales team. This role also involves creating strategies for high and underperforming locations and managing staffing levels across all sites.
