Attorneys will be on the front lines fighting government abuse by litigating strategic lawsuits that challenge unconstitutional laws, regulations, and policies threatening liberty, property rights, and the separation of powers. They will also advocate for shared principles by communicating with journalists, the public, and allied organizations to advance litigation objectives.

The attorney will generate and lead high-profile cases within the Separation of Powers practice group, shaping strategy by identifying and litigating emerging constitutional theories. Responsibilities also include advocating through speeches, media appearances, publications, and working collaboratively with other attorneys on complex cases.
