This technical data PM role involves leading a team to deliver new data products and an AI-first platform, requiring strategic ownership of product growth to unlock new customers and use cases. The Relationship Specialist will manage the support and processing ecosystem for Palmetto’s financial products for small and medium-sized EPCs, providing direct partner support and managing financial portal queues to ensure smooth transactions. This role also involves coaching EPC partners and sales reps on transactions and assisting in continuous internal process evaluation and improvement.
