This role involves leading high-impact, cross-functional security programs that align with strategic goals to protect the platform, customers, and data. The Senior Security TPM will drive execution, ensure stakeholder alignment, mitigate risks, and act as a critical translator between security and engineering teams.

The Senior Director will define and execute the Professional Services strategy, owning end-to-end implementation delivery, onboarding, and paid services offerings to drive time-to-value and long-term customer outcomes. This role is also responsible for owning the services P&L, optimizing capacity planning, and improving forecasting accuracy through data-driven decision making.
