The Senior Underwriter will be responsible for underwriting agency, jumbo, and FHA loans, ensuring compliance with established company and investor guidelines, including GSE and HUD requirements and PNMAC overlays. This role requires clearly communicating underwriting decisions and stipulations to sales, processing staff, and clients, while also performing risk-based reviews and accurately inputting data into the underwriting module.

This role provides advanced customer-facing support to Third Party Originators (TPO) regarding loan creation, upload, and disclosure processes, including offering guidance and training as needed. The specialist will also engage with the Command Center, assist with TPO credential setup, and handle complex functionality questions and troubleshooting.
