Responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, cultivating long-term customer relationships, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure high customer satisfaction.

The analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for the OTC workstream, partnering with business leaders to define requirements, deploy a standardized global OTC framework, build process documentation, and support change management for the SAP S/4HANA migration. Key duties include hands-on configuration in S/4HANA for core OTC processes, leading testing activities, and providing deep functional expertise for production support.
