Lead a team of Medical Stop Loss (MSL) Account Managers to support retention, grow business, and manage RFP intake. Collaborate with sales directors, brokers, TPAs, and internal partners to drive service, profitability, escalations, and annual business planning. Ensure coaching, talent development, and regional engagement while managing a small client portfolio.
