This role is responsible for the faculty load and compensation process, including contract generation in FLAC, and managing course scheduling using Ad Astra software to ensure proper classroom assignment and payment method setup in Banner. Additionally, the position serves as the Academic Concerns officer, managing student academic concerns documentation and tracking within the Maxient system, coordinating interventions, and ensuring policy adherence.
