The Chief Medical Officer will develop and execute the overall clinical development strategy for therapies targeting neurodegenerative diseases, leading clinical trial design and overseeing Phase I-III programs. This role also involves serving as the primary medical lead in interactions with regulatory agencies and building relationships with key opinion leaders and external collaborators.

The consultant will guide the commercial-scale Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) peptide manufacturing facility build-out, focusing on process scale-up from lab/pilot to multi-kilogram production and optimizing synthesis steps. Key duties also involve planning equipment capacity, ensuring cGMP compliance in facility design, developing validation strategies, and supporting technology transfer for commercial launch.
