The Software Engineer is primarily responsible for the ongoing design, development, and operation of the Ruby on Rails based benefits administration platform, driving new features through the development cycle from requirements through release. This includes writing technical requirements, developing new code, refactoring existing code, and providing application support to QA/Support staff.
