The Manager, Customer Success will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end digital and one-to-many customer programs, leading the execution teams, and creating cohesive strategies with measurable goals to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. This role also involves collaborating with Product and Marketing to align customer needs and championing a test-and-learn culture for continuous improvement of self-service and outreach programs.
The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, driving new subscription Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from growing wellness practices through discovery, demo, negotiation, and close. Responsibilities include building pipeline via outbound prospecting, leading consultative discovery, delivering tailored demos, and navigating multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
