This role is central to ensuring the accurate and timely closing and funding of SBA and commercial loan transactions by reviewing documentation, performing due diligence, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. The specialist will coordinate closely with borrowers, legal counsel, regulators, and internal teams throughout the closing process while maintaining high service standards and file integrity.
