Provide deep technical sales support for Go-To-Market strategies related to OpenShift and OpenStack, articulating their value for operational efficiency, developer productivity, and business continuity. Design and implement solutions leveraging containers, virtualization, and advanced networking to enable customers to adopt modern infrastructure platforms.

This role involves managing the commercial renewal business strategy, designing and managing renewal motions across commercial subsegments, and driving customer lifecycle strategy with a focus on upsell and cross-sell. The Business Development Manager will also create and optimize seller enablement on renewal motions and tooling, and ensure partner readiness for all renewal motions.

This role focuses on growing the global Commercial customer segment by driving strategic initiatives, developing global strategies and sales programs, and collaborating with various internal teams and external partners to achieve annual revenue commitments and OKRs.
