This role requires owning all written communication across marketing, product, and brand touchpoints, demanding versatility to switch between short headlines and long-form content while ensuring every word builds the brand and drives business decisions. The associate will rotate through real projects across various marketing teams, collaborating on live campaigns in paid, organic, and lifecycle channels, and assisting with strategy development and execution. Responsibilities include writing compelling copy, supporting media buying, conducting market research, analyzing performance data, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows.
The Media Director will own and lead the entire paid media strategy across digital, audio, streaming, OOH, premium publishing, sports, and experiential channels, managing a multi-million dollar annual budget for affluent men and Gen Z women. This involves setting full-funnel strategic direction, conducting deep audience research, managing vendor relationships, optimizing creative, and mentoring a direct report.
