Lead underwriting reporting, quality assurance, and process improvement. Coordinate with actuarial/IT, manage training/UAT, supervise and mentor associates, ensure regulatory compliance, perform complex data analysis and reconciliations, and serve as backup for lead/manager responsibilities.
