The engineer will be responsible for architecting and implementing user-facing features of web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Key tasks include building responsive, accessible interfaces using React and HTMX, integrating with APIs, and optimizing application performance.

Lead the development and execution of product strategy and vision to penetrate the biotech and pharmaceutical market, focusing on increasing subscription growth and improving retention rates by leveraging customer behavior insights. This involves leading a team to ship growth features, continuously optimizing pricing models, and researching the customer journey to enhance user experience and conversion.

The Program Manager will serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, and deliverables while translating customer needs into actionable internal project plans. Responsibilities also include developing and overseeing detailed project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and generating timely, accurate reports for stakeholders.

The Staff Engineer will be responsible for architecting and implementing backend systems and full-stack features that power web applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, performant services that scale with the business. Key tasks include designing scalable backend services using Python/FastAPI, architecting PostgreSQL solutions, building RESTful APIs, developing serverless solutions on AWS Lambda, and contributing to infrastructure as code using AWS CDK.
