The Director National Accounts FMS manages customer needs and sales strategies, working to maximize account penetration and achieve sales quotas while fostering relationships with clients and internal teams.

12-week fellowship providing hands-on experience in recruiting and HR: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, contractor onboarding, and recruitment administration. Fellows work with hiring managers and operations teams and are measured on KPIs and customer satisfaction.

Support month-end close, general ledger research, and financial reporting. Develop and maintain financial datasets, dashboards, and variance analysis. Partner with operations leaders to identify cost and efficiency opportunities, support SOX compliance, provide training on reporting, and act as liaison with Shared Services and Corporate Accounting.
