The Lead Analyst will own the end-to-end analytics infrastructure, including data pipelines, dashboards, and deep dives, while building and maintaining key operational metrics like retention, churn, and LTV. They will partner directly with founders and executives to translate data patterns into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and growth decisions.
