The Director will design, lead, and operationalize an integrated development strategy focusing on philanthropic fundraising, enterprise partnerships, and institutional relationships to meet ambitious revenue and impact goals. This role involves leading, mentoring a small team, serving as an external ambassador, and closely engaging the Board of Directors on strategy and governance.

This role is essential for strengthening fundraising infrastructure by managing core development systems including proposal development, grants management, funder reporting, and stewardship. The manager will draft high-quality proposals and reports, manage timelines, and support funder relationship maintenance through communications and meeting preparation.

The Senior Programs Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation of multiple partnership-based cohort programs, managing project plans, tracking performance, and ensuring successful outcomes.
