This role is responsible for owning the full lifecycle of enterprise partnerships, from sourcing through negotiation, close, implementation, and long-term revenue expansion, while carrying and exceeding an individual enterprise revenue quota. The individual will independently source, develop, and close high-value enterprise partnership deals with large consumer enterprises.

The role involves leading two critical functions: Growth Acquisition Engineering, focusing on increasing originations and optimizing onboarding funnels, and Quality Engineering, responsible for raising quality standards through automation and secure practices. Success is defined by delivering measurable business impact while strengthening operational maturity at scale.

This role involves shaping the long-term architectural vision and strategy for Self’s client applications and BFF microservices, ensuring enterprise-wide architectural coherence and elevating client application architecture to enterprise scale for resilience and performance. The architect will influence backend decisions intersecting with client applications and serve as a trusted advisor and mentor to engineers across the organization.
