The specialist will serve as the front line for customer experience, developing personalized implementation plans for new customers and contributing to the ongoing success of current ones. This involves consulting with customers via voice, electronic means, and in-person to gather information, design solutions, direct system setup, and recommend procedures.

The analyst will be responsible for researching and interpreting evolving state and federal reporting requirements for K-12 software solutions. This includes communicating changes internally and to customers, conducting quality assurance testing, and collaborating with product development to ensure compliance is integrated into solutions.
