The Telehealth Nurse will engage with members via text chat and phone to deliver telehealth services and support, focusing on conveying empathy and warmth while resolving tasks independently. Responsibilities also include ongoing collaboration with team members, utilizing clinical training for personalized virtual care, and maintaining accurate medical records.
