The Executive will guide new customers through onboarding, provide ongoing support, and build strong relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth for their portfolio of accounts. Key duties include managing the customer lifecycle, executing expansion strategies, resolving support issues, and leading the Voice of Customer program.
