The IT Support Specialist will serve as the primary contact for all internal IT requests, providing prompt technical support across hardware, software, and access issues for all staff levels, including executives and board members. Key duties involve administering core systems like Okta and Google Workspace, managing the hardware/software lifecycle, and implementing cybersecurity best practices.
