Build and own end-to-end onboarding, training, and quality assurance for Patient Engagement. Manage a training and quality team, define and enforce quality frameworks, analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement, lead coaching/remediation, maintain SOPs and tooling expertise, and ensure compliance with clinical and operational standards.

Own end-to-end onboarding and launch for complex enterprise health plan and health system partners. Lead technical discovery, manage integrations and configurations, drive cross-functional execution, define scalable implementation playbooks, ensure launch readiness and post-launch stabilization, and balance partner customization with operational scalability.

Serve as a strategic HR business partner for corporate teams: manage the full employee lifecycle, performance and development cycles, employee relations, payroll, HR programs (DEI, L&D, engagement), compliance across multiple states, and help scale culture and people operations.

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, perform high-volume outbound calling to schedule in-home services, educate patients on care plans, use EHR and contact-center tools, collaborate with clinical teams, escalate issues, and meet daily appointment-booking targets.

Provide real-time virtual clinical support to mobile in-home care teams: triage escalations, deliver patient education, document interactions in the EHR, analyze trends, perform quality audits, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams. Apply clinical judgment to identify risks and ensure appropriate follow-up and external resource coordination. Minimal travel (1-2 times per year).

Handle inbound and outbound patient outreach using an auto-dialer (150–200 calls/day), engage and educate patients, schedule appointments (~19/day), use EHRs, collaborate with clinicians, escalate issues, and support partner care models.
