The M&A Legal Intern will assist with reviewing and researching transactional agreements, drafts memoranda, and support M&A counsel while developing business resources.

Lead and manage the Shareholder Advisory team, overseeing claims management, accounting, tax advisory, and project management. Drive team development, operational efficiency, profitability, and client service while partnering cross-functionally to improve controls, technology, and growth.
