This role serves as the project-level biostatistician, providing leadership to develop and execute statistical strategy, study design, analyses, and regulatory submissions for oncology clinical trials. Responsibilities include authoring key documents, representing biostatistics in interactions with CROs and regulatory agencies, and developing department policies and standards.

The Assistant Controller will manage the accounting process, lead the accounting close, and oversee financial audits, covering general ledger, cost accounting, accounts payable, and payroll functions. Key duties include driving accrual preparations, maintaining internal controls, acting as the primary liaison with external auditors, and monitoring drug inventory accounting.

This role will lead global and regional Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) strategies and evidence generation projects to support market access and product value, collaborating closely with Medical Affairs and Market Access teams. The Director will oversee the development, review, and dissemination of high-quality HEOR outputs, including training field teams on relevant health care economic information materials.
