The role involves conducting occupational therapy evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients, primarily through telehealth or a hybrid format. A key function is providing clinical supervision and guidance to onsite Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) implementing therapy sessions.
