The Project Manager will serve as the lead for various air quality permitting, planning, and modeling services nationwide, managing all aspects of projects including budgets, schedules, technical staff deployment, and client relations. Responsibilities also include acting as a technical resource for permit applications, preparing emission estimates based on regulatory requirements, and reviewing air dispersion modeling analysis.

The primary role involves supporting field operations for wildlife monitoring projects on Maui and Lanaʻi, including deploying and maintaining equipment, managing data, and completing field logs. Depending on qualifications, the role may also include independently supervising a biological survey crew in remote areas.

The Staff Water Resources Scientist will conduct aquatic resource field delineation surveys, prepare technical reports and permit applications, and independently supervise environmental survey crews in the field across Southern California. Key tasks involve assessing conditions, collecting data, mapping resources, and communicating findings in compliance with multiple agency standards.
