This role directs the remodel and interior construction of assigned stores, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and lease obligations under the guidance of the AVP of Tenant Coordination. The manager also provides support to Leasing by processing space planning issues, design packages, and approving tenant scope of work, while maintaining thorough communication with all stakeholders.
