This role involves hiring and managing a small team of administrative staff to assist with payroll processing tasks, while also establishing communication with campaign leadership to ensure smooth administrative functions for projects. The coordinator will oversee the biweekly payroll process, ensure data quality, drive system automation, and act as the primary expert for ADP-related questions.

The developer will solve unique operational needs for internal teams by iterating on existing infrastructure or creating new tools, primarily focusing on low-code features in Zoho Creator and Google Workspace via Apps Script. Responsibilities include conducting discovery, writing scoping documents, building prototypes, rigorous testing, deployment, documentation, and staff training.
