The Client Program Manager will be the operational owner of strategic revenue programs, ensuring each project meets client goals by evaluating performance, ensuring system readiness, and collaborating across various internal teams. Core duties involve owning project performance tracking, conducting regular inspections, evaluating resource effectiveness, and acting as the primary operations liaison for assigned client accounts.
The core responsibilities involve driving pipeline growth through high-volume outbound activities like cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, while collaborating with Account Executives to book qualified meetings that convert into revenue opportunities. Responsibilities also include building strategic contact lists, engaging executives, tracking daily KPIs, and consistently achieving monthly quotas for meetings and qualified opportunities.
