The analyst will utilize their Business Process and ServiceNow expertise to develop and deploy solutions for clients, acting as a Functional Subject Matter Expert on platform application implementations. Responsibilities include leading process definition, engineering, gap analysis, and identifying solutions from people, process, and technology perspectives during client workshops.

The Technical Consultant will support the entire implementation lifecycle from proposal to delivery, focusing on understanding client requirements and designing optimal ServiceNow solutions using industry best practices. They will build stakeholder trust, collaborate with architects, validate data configuration, assist with testing, and mentor teammates on platform standards.

The ServiceNow Solution Architect will utilize expertise to architect, design, develop, and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform, driving collaborative teams, mentoring staff, and ensuring quality documentation and project outcomes. This role involves acting as a subject matter expert focused on delivering value-added integration and consultative services for enterprise solutions.
